This area will give you a complete history of your AIRPORTCASINO.COM/EFS account. You can review all of your transactions through this area.

To deposit funds, the first step is to determine the payment type you wish to use. You will see a list of multiple ways to deposit funds into your account. Click on your preferred method of payment and click on the "Choose Payment Type" button. This will take you into the actual deposit area. Fill out the required fields with your relevant information and click on the "Deposit Money" button. Deposits by credit card happen instantly and you will be able to wager within a few minutes. There is a limit of 5 deposits per day with a $1000 24 hour limit and $4000 monthly limit. If you wish to increase your monthly limit to $5000 per month please contact our Customer Service.

Important:

Unless you currently have an account open with an active credit card, then all money sent via Wire Transfer, personal cheque, money order, etc. must be accompanied with a photocopy of a valid form of identification. This could include a driver's license, passport, etc. but must contain a picture of the account holder.

• Any given credit card can only be used on one account.
• There is a limit of 5 different credit cards which can be used on any one account.
• All of our sites use address verification, so please ensure that you are using the same zip code and state as the address that your credit card was issued to. If you receive a decline message, DO NOT try your card again as funds will be held by your bank unnecessarily. Contact our customer service department at (800) 678-1830 and they will assist you.

V-Chips are the units of currency used within the AIRPORTCASINO.COM environment. In order to place any wagers you must have a v-chip balance. After you have deposited money into your EFS account you will be able to purchase v-chips. Click on the "Buy V-chip" button to buy v-chips. Simply enter the amount of v-chips you wish to purchase and click on the "Purchase V-Chip" button.

Sell V-Chips

V-Chips are the units of currency used within the AIRPORTCASINO.COM environment. In order to withdraw funds you must first sell your v-chips. This will add to the balance in your EFS account. Click on the "Sell V-chip" button to sell v-chips. Simply enter the amount of v-chips you wish to sell and click on the "Sell V-Chip" button.

Withdraw

When withdrawing from your EFS account back to your credit card, you may withdraw up to the amount that you have deposited via credit card in the lifetime of your accounts with EFS Caribbean. However, when you have withdrawn up to this amount, any remaining funds must be withdrawn via cheque. There is a $20 minimum per withdrawal. The amount withdrawn to the credit card should appear within 3-5 days. The cheque should appear within 2-4 weeks.

To withdraw funds from your EFS account, sell your v-chips to your EFS account and then proceed with the withdrawal. You must have the PIN number which is e-mailed to you the following business day after you first deposit. Select "Account" from the menu. Login, and select "Withdraw." Once you have done this, please enter your PIN number and the amount you would like to withdraw. You may then hit "Withdraw Money", and your withdraw will be processed.

Note: There is a $20 minimum for each withdrawal unless you are closing your account.

In this area you can view or change your personal information such as your address and telephone number. Select "Update User Profile" to modify the account.
