Withdrawal of Funds

We will send your winnings at your request. Simply login to our Cashier to make your request. Although there are no fees there is a $20 minimum per withdrawal.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to initiate a withdrawal of funds. Your PIN helps to ensure that only you can withdraw money from your account. Your PIN is randomly generated and then sent to you by e-mail immediately after you create your account. If you have lost your PIN please email our support center and we will re-send it to you.

We will send requested withdrawals back to you based on your most recent deposit method. If your most recent deposit was by NETeller, we will send your withdrawal back to your NETeller account. NETeller withdrawals will be sent within 3-5 business days of your request. Please be sure your NETeller email address matches the email address on your account or your withdrawals will be delayed.

If your most recent deposit was by VISA, MasterCard, ClearChex, Western Union, Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Check or Bank Draft we will send your withdrawal by bank check.

All bank checks will be sent by regular mail from Antigua within 5 business days of your request. Bank checks are in US $ and written on a US bank.

If you live in North America, we will automatically send your checks above $2,500 by FedEx at our expense. If you live outside of North America, we will automatically send your checks above $500 by FedEx at our expense.

For all other checks, FedEx is available for a fee of US $40. All you have to do is make your withdrawal request and then email us requesting your check be sent via FedEx.

(EFS) utilizes proprietary encoding and processing technologies, which allow for complete security for financial transactions and the buying of services via the Internet. EFS Caribbean Inc. acts as an international currency converter and a secure Internet transaction gateway to financial institutions for on-line gaming sites. All EFS Caribbean Inc. operations are in US dollars.

EFS Caribbean Inc. uses the SSL Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications.
